Jim McGrath M.R.I.C.S, BSc Quantity Surveying
Commercial Director
James is a Chartered quantity surveyor by Profession. Most of his experience was gained in the financial management of large construction projects. These include the Printworks in Manchester ( £40 million ) and the conversion of many of the Manchester mills into Apartments.
James has a wealth experience in the construction industry gained over the last 20 years. This includes new build and refurbishment. Most recently James has specialised in the residential market. These projects range from small scale developments of a value of £250,000 to large apartment developments up to £8,000,000. As a result of becoming deeply involved in planning applications James has developed a good knowledge and appreciation of the difficulties that can be experienced in the planning process .In the last 2 years they have lodged numerous planning appeals and have a 100% success rate.
